This etiquette is based off the Confucian idea that the oldest people in the group has the most authority and therefore we must follow his lead.
Number 3 Do not pour your own drink but remember to pour others

It is a sign of impatience and disrespect to pour your own drink. A friend, a colleague or your boss will always ask you if you want more to drink and he or she will pour it for you. If you do not want to drink anymore simply leave your glass semi full
Number 4 A slight bow is customary

When entering into a room for the first time or leaving for the night it is customary to make a slight bow

Most of the dishes in Korea are communal dishes so everyone shares and takes off the same plates. Once finished there is no way to exactly tell how much someone ate so its impossible to tell how much someone owes
